Prep Time: 10 min – Cook Time: 55-65 min – Cooling Time: 2 hours – Serving Size: 8


  • 1 unbaked 9 inch (4 cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 ounce)
  • 1 can 100% pure pumpkin (15 ounce)
  • Whipped Cream (optional)
  • PREHEAT oven to 425

COMBINE: white sugar, brown sugar, cloves, ginger, cinnamon & salt in a bowl, mix well with fork. In large mixing bowl beat eggs lightly.  Stir in pumpkin and blend in sugar mixture, stir until blended. Slowly stir in evaporated milk.  Stir until smooth.

POUR into pie shell. 

BAKE for 15 minutes. 


BAKE for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. COOL on wire rack for 2 hours. 

SERVE immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream.
