REFRESHING HAM AND MELON
Our apetite changes when summer arrives. We want to eat refreshing meals rather than hot soup. Well, here's a typical desert that people eat in the Mediterranean (Italy, Portugal, Spain) when it gets warmer. It's called ham and melon, and though traditionally prepared with prosciutto or jamon serrano, you can also try to eat it with cooked ham or turkey.
Just cut the melon into slices and wrap the ham around the melon. Cut it into small pieces and enjoy the mix of flavors in your mouth.
It only takes two minutes to prepare and like the Italians say, it's... delizioso!
