Brussels sprouts are not among people's favorite meals. That is why today's recipe is aimed to change people's mind and show a way to enjoy eating this type of cabbage.

What you'll need for your roasted brussels sprouts:
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
-2 tbsp olive oil
-Salt & pepper to taste

How you make it:
-Preheat oven to 400F.
-Rinse brussels sprouts and pull any yellow leaves. Cut in halves.
-Place brussels spouts in baking sheet. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Roast.
-Stir a couple of times until golden brown (outside crispy and inside tender).
