Club 99 – Bulk Purchase Program Details
What is Club 99?
Club 99 is our Bulk Sales Program which provides Customers with the opportunity to purchase items by the case. The order is shipped directly to our California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas stores for our Customers to conveniently purchase. More importantly, there are NO shipping or handling fees!
What are the benefits of ordering by the case?

- Items arrive packaged in the case for easy handling when picked up at the store.
- You get the quantities you need at one store rather than making multiple trips to other stores just to pick up the quantity you need.
How do I order through Club 99?
Orders can be placed on-line by selecting products and adding the items to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting the items, click Checkout to review your order and then click Submit. Payment for all orders is made at the store when you pick up your order.

How does the Club 99 Program work?
The program’s terms and conditions include:
- Orders must be in case quantities with a minimum purchase of $47.99. Case quantities cannot be divided or altered.
- There is no charge for shipping and handling!
- Product pricing is same as our already great discounted in-store pricing! No discounts of any kind apply.
- Quantities are limited to in-stock items available at our Distribution Center.
- Item selection may vary by store.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities OR not sell a specific item through Club 99.
- Items are shipped directly to the 99¢ Only Stores® location of your choice.
Do you offer any discounts when ordering through Club 99?
All of our Customers enjoy great values at the same discounted price. One great benefit of our program is that we offer FREE shipping and handling to the 99¢ Only Stores® location of your choice.
Are all of the products you sell in the store available through Club 99?
The vast majority of the items we sell in our stores are available through Club 99 as long as the items are in-stock at our Distribution Center. Some items may be excluded for purchase through our Club 99 Bulk Purchase Program including but not limited to wine, produce, frozen foods/deli, fresh bakery items, live plants and certain special promotion brand name items available for in-store purchase only.
Do you have a catalog available?
All of our great Club 99 items can be viewed online. At this time, we do not have a catalog available. Please visit one of our store locations to see the wide variety of products we offer.
I don’t see the item online that I am interested in. Is there any way to check to see if it is available?
Yes. Please visit one of our store locations to see the wide variety of products we offer. Our Store Management can assist you in finding the item you are looking for, in addition to providing you with the correct UPC code and product name we need to place your order. Once you have this information, please contact a Club 99 Representative to research the availability at (877) 399-2368 or by e-mailing club99@99only.com. Are taxes and CRV (if applicable) included in my total?
Any applicable taxes and CRV will be added to your total at time of purchase and pick up at the store. The amount provided on our website or by the Club 99 Representative is the amount BEFORE any applicable taxes and / or CRV charges.
Do you accept Tax Exempt Orders?
The 99¢ Only Stores® does not accept Resale or Tax Exemption Certificates. All sales transactions are subject to city, county and state tax codes. Club 99 Customers enjoy the same discounted price our Store Customers receive. The value of our program also includes free shipping and handling to the 99¢ Only Stores® location of your choice.
What do I need to do to join Club 99?
No membership is required! Anyone can order through Club 99. Plus, there are NO shipping or handling fees!
Club 99 – Place an Order
When ordering through Club 99, is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?
Orders must be in case quantities with a minimum purchase of $47.99. Case quantities cannot be divided or altered.
What do I need to place an order?
To place your order over the phone, we would need the UPC on the item, name of the product and the 99¢ Only Stores® location where you’d like us to deliver your order. Having the UPC of the item(s) allows us to expedite the search and delivery of your order. The UPC is located on the product directly under the barcode and can be found by visiting your local store. Our Store Management would be happy to assist you.
Where do I find the UPC code?
The UPC code is a 12-digit unique number located on every product item in our store.
The UPC code can be found directly below the barcode on the product.
If the item I want comes in a case that is assorted, can I only buy the item I want?
We can only ship merchandise by the case and cannot separate the assortment within a case. Please visit your local 99¢ Only Stores® location to find the specific single item, if needed.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment for your order is made at the store when the items are picked up. We accept payment in the forms of Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ATM, Debit, EBT Food & Cash and 99¢ Only Stores® Gift Cards.
Can I pay over the phone or online?
At this time, payments can only be accepted in-store at the time the order is picked up.
How do I select the store I want?
It’s easy! Just enter the city and cross streets of your favorite 99¢ Only Stores® location. Our Store Locator can also help you find a 99¢ Only Stores® location close to you by clicking on the “store locator” link and inputting your zip code. Simply choose the location, copy/paste the address or manually type in the store’s address on the Store Pick Up Location section of the checkout process.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
We do not accept Purchase Orders.
Club 99 – Shipping
I’ve heard you do not charge shipping and handling. Is this true?
This is absolutely true – there are no hidden fees! We offer FREE shipping and handling to the 99¢ Only Stores® location of your choice.
How will my order be shipped and when can I expect it to arrive?
Orders are shipped at no cost to you directly to the 99¢ Only Stores® location of your choice and will arrive within 5-7 days of when you place your order.
Can my order be shipped directly to my home or business?
Since all orders are paid for at time of pick up, orders are only shipped to the 99¢ Only Stores® location of your choice. We have stores located throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas. Please visit our Store Locator by clicking here to find the store located nearest you.
Do you ship out of state?
Club 99 Program orders can only be shipped directly to the 99¢ Only Stores® location of your choice in California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
Club 99 – Order Pick Up
Will someone contact me when my order arrives?
Our Store Management will notify you at the number provided as soon as your order has arrived.
How long do I have to pick up my order at the store?
All orders should be picked up within 7 days of arrival in store. If additional time is needed, no problem! Simply contact Club 99 at (877) 399-2368 and we will make arrangements with the store to hold your order.
What do I do if there is a problem with the order?
If there are any problems with your Club 99 order, simply contact Club 99 at (877) 399-2368 and we will correct the problem. Customer support available Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM PST.
